I think $750k is a bargain considering the marketing he’s gotten.

Microsoft Needs Help

This has to be the least user-sensitive experience I’ve seen in a long time. When attempting to sign out of Hotmail/Live I received this page:

First – I can’t believe this happens so frequently that they actually need a help document for signing out.
Second – When I clicked “Need help signing out?” it spawned a new tab in FF, resized my browser to a vertical sliver, and didn’t even have my question on the page.

Thanks for the help. This is EXACTLY the nonsense that pushed me to companies like Apple and Google after years of being a loyal MS customer. FYI, the Hotmail account I was checking has been around since 1999. Now I won’t use it for anything but SPAM and junkmail storage.
