Don’t ever buy an HP printer, ink is extremely expensive and the drivers DO not work the sames everytime. Buy an HP if you love to be frusturated by non working printers.

Unfortunately HP has fallen a long way from the quality they once had. Perhaps it is fitting that they are trying to exit the home computer market. My latest in a long list of aggravations with my HP C2750 is that it now refuses to print any black and white document because my yellow color has run out. The error message indicates that this is for the “health of the printer” but we all know it is really a way to drive ink sales. So it is late tonight and I cannot print out the documents I need for tomorrow. I tried to send a message to HP support questioning this “health of the printer” comment but now the HP website rejects my printer’s serial number. I think it is time to get another printer…one not made by HP. (I have a Canon high quality photo printer…never had these sorts of problems.)

HP support is GARBARGE! The print quality of HP laser printers that I use are still good but everything else falls short compared to the competition. And HP software and drivers are PURE CRAP! HP is a HORRIBLE company! You’ve been warned!

HP are real scummers.
HP7410. Only used it a few times. HP couldn’t care less.
Provided more than enough links and evidence that this is a known design fault.
Dislodged X-Bias spring in the ink cartridge slots because the plastic tab that holds it in place breaks. This has caused some additional damage to the printed circuit leading to the cartridge contacts.
HP refused to repair of replace.
NEVER BUY HP PRODUCTS.

My HP Printless stopped working ONE day after the warranty was up!!! That’s right, ONE day!! Tech support refused to help unless I paid for support and there was no guarantee it would work.

DAN FINN, office of the president for customer relations stated ‘”THAT’S RIGHT. THE WARRANTY IS THE WARRANTY, WE DON’T EXTEND IT ANY LONGER”.

Amazing, planned opsolesence to a science, ONE day!

I completely agree. The one I have is awful. I spend more time trying to get it to work correctly than I do working. I plan on trashing it and never buying another one from HP.

I HATE HP too. We got it because it looked good… and they had it in the Apple store. I’m a confirmed Epson devotee myself but we decided to give this sleek black printer a go. Big mistake. Getting the correct 364 xl black ink cartridge is virtually impossible, but of course you don’t know that until you’ve ripped open the packet. Even now, I’ve just returned from Rymans having been assured it’s the right one… to find, once again, that it’s not. I haven’t opened it though.

Then, there’s the inability of the machine to print or scan with any consistency. Sometimes it prints and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it scans and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve spoken with their pft ‘help’ team who told me to “phone back tomorrow”.

I’m on a mission now to spread the word on this utterly useless piece of kit. And no, it has nothing to do with the wireless issue – we have a strong connection here.

Grrrrrrrrr I’ve never wasted so much time and effort and money on a printer.

Epson every time for me.

I have had so many issues with HP printers that I have filed complaints with them. They’ve all been ignored. HP produces a terrible product. Thank you for your post!

well atleas your printer lets you know its low or out of in this fucking piece of shit photosmart c4680 i have doesnt do anything no light no beep just fucking flat out runs out of ink with no warning what so ever ,not only that but even when it runs out of ink this fuckng thing still doesnt tell you there is no ink it just doesnt print and gives no reason whay or what the problem is just doesnt do anything
